Hi I’m Kim, a self taught candy maker. As an avid baker, I fell into candy making through caramel. From there, I couldn’t get enough of how challenging, beautiful and tasty the world of candy can be! I love to try different techniques and experiment with flavours and colours. Whatever ends up being the most beautiful and tasty is what I end up selling – so don’t ask me what my favourites are, because it’s all of them. I live in Naramata, BC with my husband and two sons.
