Red Deer, AB-based entrepreneur and artist Stéphane has been crafting premium Canadian whisky since 2018, blending his passion for art with the art of distilling. At Diony Distillery & Gallery, Stéphane fuses these worlds, creating a space that celebrates both fine whisky and bold visual artistry.

Inspired by Alberta’s rich prairies and history, Stéphane’s whisky-making journey is one of dedication, with each bottle capturing the spirit of the land. Diony’s whiskies have earned national and international accolades, including honors from the International Whisky Competitions, Canadian Artisan Spirits Competition, and SIP Consumer Choice Awards.

Stéphane’s creativity also shines in his pyrography on whisky casks, where historical images from archives are brought to life. These unique works are showcased in the distillery’s gallery, alongside pieces by local Alberta artists like Brett Heidi.
