Apple Island Naturals was born in 2008 in Golden BC after Kathy, the founder, was injured on the job while working as a nurse. Kathy had a strong interest in natural skin care since it had cured some long-standing skin issues she’d had since childhood, so during her lengthy time off, she taught herself how to make soap. After learning that she would be unable to return to her career, the prospect of creating pure natural products for others became very exciting. She learned all she could online and at the library. Kathy then enrolled in a clinical aromatherapy course. She has been an aromatherapist for many years now. Becoming an herbalist is planned for the near future. In order to bring you the best products possible, Kathy studies and upgrades her knowledge of skin care continuously. Apple Island Naturals now has a wide range of products just for you!
